Portico are on the lookout for a Residential Security Concierge (Rotate Security / Concierge) to join our team at a high-end residence in Knightsbridge.

You'll be situated in a multi-functional building offering 17 luxurious residential apartments, 2 floors of office working space and 8 street-facing retail units. Situated in a magnificent and prestigious part of Belgravia surrounded by iconic places like Harrods, the Mandarin Oriental and Hyde Park.
 
The building has 3 different entrances with their respective receptions and one loading bay entrance located at the rear of the building, next to the control room. 

As a Security / Concierge, you will: -

• Maintain security presence and service excellence across all entrances.
• Follow emergency procedures and company protocols rigorously.
• Use radio communications correctly, keeping the team informed and safe.
• Liaise with authorities in the event of incidents.
• Conduct routine patrols and uphold building integrity.
• Monitor and manage access controls and security systems.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access systems to identify and respond to suspicious activity or emergencies.
• Coordinate swift responses with on-site personnel and emergency services.
• Maintain accurate records and incident reports.
• Act as central point for emergency communication and coordination.
• Control and verify vehicle access to the loading bay.
• Inspect deliveries and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Liaise with delivery drivers and tenants to ensure safe and efficient unloading.
• Support internal logistics and goods movement.

Hours: 42 hours per week, 12 hour shifts from 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, 4 days on followed by 4 days off. All 4 days on will be either all days or all nights.

Salaries: £30,248

A Door Supervisor & CCTV SIA Licence are required for this role. Applicants without these licences will not be considered.
