We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our brand-new front of house team in the Wimbledon offices of a world famous Merchant banking group.
The first main duty of this varied Receptionist position is to take ownership of the visitor journey, providing an intuitive, yet meticulous and naturally friendly meet and greet service in the lobby area. Our receptionists are helpful, attentive and balance genuine positivity, with sincerity and professionalism.
The Receptionist also takes care of the meeting rooms. Booking the rooms and working alongside the hospitality team to assist with set up and checks. They also answer and screen calls, forwarding them to the relevant parties, as well as assisting with other ad-hoc admin-based tasks.
The successful candidate will be the sole Portico team member based at the firms Wimbledon office but will be a part of a wider team based at the firms offices in the City. They will report to a Reception Manager also based in the firms City offices.
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7:30am-5:30pm from Mon-Fri
Salary: £30,011
We are looking for a candidate who is both self-motivated and able to work well as a part of a team. They will also be able to both give and receive direction. They will be positive and organised with a good worth ethic and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in high end customer service, preferably within a vibrant reception operation and managing meeting rooms within a corporate environment.
