Portico are on the lookout for an organised and customer focused Receptionist (Guest Services Host) to join our team based at a multi-purpose event and conference venue in Westminster.

The successful candidate will join our team of one other Guest Services Host and a Team Leader, who provide a friendly welcome for guests and workers. The Guest Services team sign visitors into the system and contact the event host to inform them that their guest has arrived. They assist with any questions about the building and or services they might have, whilst ensuring that the highest level of personal service and customer care is provided at every step.
There guest services team are the first point of contact through all channels, also promptly answering phone calls and emails, consistently upholding the highest services standards across them all.

Shift pattern: 42 hours per week, with shifts between 7:45am-6:15pm from Monday-Thursday.
Salary: £32,000 per annum.

Candidates must have customer service experience, preferable within a corporate or five-star hospitality environment.
