Portico are on the lookout for a Reception Team Leader to join our team based on the ground floor reception at a law firm located in the heart of the city.

The role of the Reception Team Leader is to effectively oversee and provide direction to our excellent small team of receptionists.

The role is hands on, with the Reception Team Leader being involved in all aspects of the reception operation. Therefore, it is essential to have an open minded, adaptable and flexible approach, in an ever changing and evolving business.

You will be the first point of contact for all team members. Not only will this require excellent coaching skills. You will also emanate Portico’s strong motivation to create and cultivate a culture of excellence, leading to the delivery of world class customer service!

The Reception Team Leader will be highly visible, as they work closely with the firm’s staff and their clients, as well as other service partners in the business. This means that the successful candidate will be able to build relationships with people at all levels and represent the firm as a proud ambassador. 

Shifts: 40h p/w, shifts from 8am - 6pm based on the business needs, some flexibility required to support the events
Salary: £38,613    per annum

Please note that this is a 12 month maternity cover contract.

The successful candidate will have experience of working at Team Leader level, ideally within a Corporate Reception environment.
