National Customer Service Week is a staple in the Portico calendar. Every year we take this week to recognise and celebrate our fantastic people leading the way for customer service excellence!
NCSW in 2020 has been no different for us at Portico. Covid-19 may have caused the hospitality industry to be hit by obstacles from social distancing rules and quieter workplaces. But at Portico, we are delighted to see our quality of service has not faltered. Instead, our people are more determined to deliver memorable experiences than ever before.
We are unbelievably proud of our people’s optimistic and positive energy. So, for this whole week, we celebrated those who champion the fundamental value of our business – delivering unforgettable customer service.
Each day we set our people with fun activities and interactive tasks to improve their services, such as treasure hunts, bake-offs, socially distanced parties and wellbeing sessions.
