Portico are on the lookout for an experienced Central Reservations Agent, to join our long standing team based at the city campus of a world-famous Bank.
Working in line with the laid down procedures and to specific service level procedures, the Central Reservations team promptly receive telephone calls, entering the pertinent information on the bank’s reservation booking tool, as well as managing email requests and self-service queries. The Central Reservations Agents must also liaise with the relevant departments and clients, to provide the highest levels of client care and service to all.
Salary: £31,853
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday.
Applicants must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding 5-star service within either a corporate or hospitality environment. They must also have strong IT, organisational and administration skills.
