Portico are currently recruiting for a Receptionist on 12 month maternity cover contract, joining our small team at a beautiful multi-occupied building in the heart of Woking.

Created prioritising the people using it, the building is an open, fresh, and welcoming space with creative co-working areas and an incredible sense of fun.

Working alongside the Reception Supervisor, the Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all queries. They must be a people person and show good levels of flexibility and adaptability to adapt to differing client needs. Energetic and motivated, the successful candidate will be the go-to person in the building and will need to focus on building strong and lasting relationships with the tenants.

Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, shifts from 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,750

We are looking for a friendly and energetic candidate with a passion for service and attention to detail. They must be willing to go above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for the building’s tenants, as well as possessing strong organisational, communication skills and demonstrating a keen level of pro-activity with a range of tasks. 

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service, ideally within a reception environment.

It is essential for the successful candidate to have a great knowledge of the local area.
