Portico are on the lookout for a Parcel Porter to join our team on a 1 year fixed term contract, based at an iconic media building in White City that has been converted into a luxury residence.

Tasks for the successful candidate will include:

• Receiving parcels and registering them on the system
• Arranging parcels and storing them in the designated spaces
• Delivering or assisting the delivery of large/heavy packages directly to the apartments
• Handing over parcels to residents at the concierge desk
• Releasing emergency keys according to procedures
• Carrying out meter readings at the request of residents
• Making reservations for property facilities (Meeting Room, Screening Room, Parking).

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts from 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri.
Salary: £29,000 per annum

The successful candidate must be prepared to work in a physical and active role that involves a lot of manual handling.

An ability to multitask and a willingness to go the extra mile to exceed our residents’ expectations is imperative. 

Our concierge team ensure that all parcels are logged, make sure any requests are followed through to completion in a timely manner, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on excellent customer service.
