An amazing new opportunity has become available to join the Portico team as the Guest Operations Manager of a brand-new Portico contract!

The Guest Operations Manager will oversee for the front of house services delivered within the ground floor reception area of an iconic building in the London Bridge area.

Working with the Guest Services Portfolio Manager, the Guest Operations Manager will oversee the daily operation, ensuring that our team of 5 Receptionists provide the highest level of client care and personal service to all stakeholders and visitors.

The successful candidate will play a huge role in creating and implementing processes to improve the effectiveness of the service that our team provides, and ultimately ensuring that the operation is always a trailblazer for service industry!

Salary: £43,000
Hours: 40 hours per week, as per business needs.

The successful candidate will be an experienced manager who has managed a small team within a high-end corporate reception or hospitality environment. They will have an inspirational and motivational character and relish the opportunity to foster the development our people.

Excellent communication skills will also be essential to the successful candidate, as they will need to excel in creating and maintaining excellent relationships with multiple key stakeholders, whilst taking ownership for delivering projects in a busy and everchanging environment. 

As this is a new contract for Portico, the successful candidate must have experience managing change and the ability to be bold with suggestions and take complete ownership of their domain.
