Portico mobilises with JLL Property and Asset Management

Portico, award-winning tailored guest services specialist, has mobilised a multi-site contract with JLL Property Asset Management (PAM), providing front-of-house services at 70 locations over the next 5 years.

 

Last month Portico mobilised services at 49 JLL sites in London and over 20 sites across the UK, including Bristol and Manchester, Scotland and Wales. This mobilisation aligns with Portico’s aim to bolster its presence in major cities and welcomes 120 new Portico colleagues to the business. Portico is providing front-of-house guest services including reception provision, events, and building activations to create communities and encourage office occupancy.

 
JLL has chosen to outsource its guest services to Portico to provide impeccable service and utilise Portico’s value adds including its award-winning training academy and proven ability to activate building community spaces and improve service delivery.
